In the Heart of the Bay
Koh Yao Yai sits in the middle of Phang Nga Bay, between Phuket and Krabi. That makes it one of the easiest places to start a day trip: Railay is about 30 minutes away by speedboat, and Phi Phi and James Bond Island are under an hour.
Most day trips from Koh Yao Yai leave from the island at 9:00 and are back by 15:00. You get the famous sights and the snorkelling, and you are back at the resort for a swim, a massage and dinner by the pool.
Tell us which trip you like and our team will check the day with the boat operator, book it for you and arrange your transfer to the pier.
