All the staff are absolutely amazing. They help you in everything, they are aware of everything. Amazing. They speak good English and it is very easy to communicate with them. 11 out of 10 for them and their attitude of service. It is close to the port and takes little time to get there. The rooms are also beautiful and very stylish, with lots of thoughtful touches to the fullest (e.g. you have slippers to be inside the room, free drinks and sodas and sodas in the fridge...). Lovely bathroom, lovely shower. The pools are very nice and very nice. Super quiet, with a wonderful bed where we slept fantastically. Even if you go with a large group, it allows you to have several rooms and a common area to meet (it's like the "hall" between rooms. You have a restaurant downstairs and a very nice massage place too (the massage place we didn't try but the restaurant did and it was fine). The breakfast was very rich and very complete.
