Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort will accept your reservation subject to the following terms and conditions.
Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove sections of this website and these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. If you are a regular user of our online booking application, we recommend that you check this website and these terms and conditions on a regular basis, as it is not our responsibility to inform you of any changes. Any future reservations you make will be subject to the terms and conditions which apply at the time a booking is made.
All rate plans with a flexible cancellation policy do not require payment upfront (unless otherwise stated in the rate plan conditions). 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged by the hotel at check-in or on check-out depending on the hotel’s individual policy. Applicable hotel payment terms will be detailed at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation email.
For all rate plans that are non-refundable (e.g., Advance Purchase, special sale, or promotional rates), 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged within 24 hours from the booking being made.
A 2% credit card processing fee applies for all payments made by credit card at the hotel. Guests can avoid this fee by paying in advance through our Central Reservations team or by paying with a debit card or cash at the hotel (where this is an accepted payment method).
All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. The final amount shown to you for payment will be in Thai Baht. This amount will be charged to your credit card or converted to your local currency by your credit card company when payment is due. Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort is not responsible for currency conversion, and any questions regarding currency conversion must be directed to your credit card company.
In the event where the customer’s overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, the customer will be liable for all costs incurred, including commission on collection of the additional costs and legal demand costs.
Some Special Promotional Hotel Deals and Rates require full payment upfront with no cancellations or changes accepted. These are clearly stated in the terms and conditions page for each deal they apply to.
A cancellation charge may be imposed if you cancel or modify all or part of your reservation at Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort, or if you fail to check-in (No show). Cancellations may be made by contacting our reservations office via email at [email protected] or phone at +41 22 345 66 89. Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and rate plan booked.
For Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort, you must cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day you are due to arrive to avoid a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation or package rate you have booked for each room booked.
A different cancellation policy may apply to Special Promotional Rates, Packages, and Sales. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the offer.
If your requested room is unavailable, you are given the option to ‘Waitlist’ the room. Waitlisted reservations are not guaranteed and are not charged. If the room(s) you have waitlisted become available before the check-in date, you may be contacted to see if you would like to complete your reservation. Reservations will be accepted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking. A pre-authorisation check (with a ฿1 charge) will be performed at the time of booking to verify that the supplied credit card is valid. The pre-authorisation charge will be reversed shortly afterwards but may take up to 5 business days to clear. The guarantee ensures that your reservation will be held from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am the following morning.
Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort retains the right to cancel or relocate any bookings without notice.
All amounts shown and charged to your credit card include the applicable taxes. Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort is required by Thai law to charge tax on all goods and services sold or used within Thailand.
By using this website and paying for your reservation by credit card, you represent and warrant that you are a minimum of 18 years of age to use this site and create legal binding obligations for any liability incurred. You agree that you will be personally and financially responsible for the use of this website and for anyone you have supplied your login information to or who otherwise has access to or uses your login information.
Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort has established limits on the number of rooms that are able to be booked over the internet on a single date at any one hotel. This limit is 4 rooms per hotel per booking date. Bookings of 5 or more rooms, or bookings made by travel agents, wholesale travel agents, and other third parties, will automatically have a group payment and cancellation policy apply.
All rooms are sold on a twin share basis unless otherwise stated. Extra charges apply if the number of adults in the room exceeds two. Up to two children stay for free provided they are 12 years of age or under and are using existing bedding in the room. Cots are available free of charge for children under two years of age – please contact the hotel to confirm availability. Unless otherwise stated, charges are for accommodation only, and all other charges (such as for food and beverages and other hotel services) will be paid at the completion of your stay.
Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort uses digital technology to screen all online reservations to identify those that may be fraudulent or not made in good faith. A pre-authorisation on the supplied credit card will be made, and the guest will be contacted to complete additional verification steps. If these measures are not completed to a satisfactory level, the reservation(s) will be cancelled immediately, and the guests will be notified by email.
Check-in at Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort is from 2pm on the day of arrival. You may attempt to check-in prior to the specified check-in time, but we do not guarantee that your room will be available for use prior to this time.
You will be required to provide either a credit card imprint at the time of check-in as security for any extra charges you may incur while at the hotel. If you do not have a credit card available at check-in, then you will be required to provide a cash deposit of ฿6,500.
The person registering at check-in must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and at least one adult of 18 years or older must stay in the booked accommodation room(s).
Check-out at Yao Bada Badoo Boutique Resort is at 10am on the day of departure. Requests for an extension to this time may be made at the time of check-in and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The hotel’s decision on any extension of check-out time is final. Extra charges may apply for any extension to check-out time at the discretion of the hotel.
Any unused cash deposit will be refunded at check-out. You may request your credit card imprint back from the hotel at the time of check-out; otherwise, it will be disposed of securely by the hotel.
By using this website to make a reservation, you consent to receive emails about your booking. This includes a booking confirmation email, pre-arrival emails, and a post-stay email.
